Welcome to New England Woodworks.New England Woodworks was founded in Old Lyme, CT in May of 1985, by Ed Reynolds, Sr., a woodworker of 25 years. New England Woodworks started as a small commercial cabinet, millwork and trim shop, and Ed’s work ranged from simple bread boxes, to custom kitchens, to a bank in Washington, D.C. New England Woodworks closed in 1995, but was reopened in 1998 by Ed's son, David Reynolds. In keeping with the long standing traditions of his father, David still uses old-time craftsmanship with newer methods in woodworking, and as always pays close attention to the fine details New England Woodworks specializes in the production of hand crafted, custom made furniture such as cabinets, bookcases, mantels, and built-ins.
